Paired Kilonova runs: baseline and candidate play identical scenarios, maps, seeds and starts. P(candidate better) = P(pcand > pbase) under Beta(1+successes, 1+fails) posteriors (the curves: gray baseline, colored candidate). Verdict, the project's rule: DROP at P ≤ 10% with ≥ 12 recorded games, KEEP at P ≥ 50% with ≥ 24, otherwise PENDING. A drill verdict is a hypothesis: fresh tier C decides. The commit is the build's own (clean build) or the first commit after the build when no other build came in between.
